Greg Dyer, a seasoned professional with a unique blend of construction and real estate expertise, hails from Upstate New York. His formative years on a dairy farm instilled a strong work ethic, later honed during his military service as a Staff Sergeant and Security Forces instructor with the Air Force.

 Wendy Dyer, also an Upstate New Yorker, joined Greg in Wake Forest, NC in 2015. Having relocated her young family from New York in 2002, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of moving. With over three decades of real estate experience, dating back to 1986, Wendy offers comprehensive expertise in managing real estate transactions, including understanding the closing, title, and mortgage processes.
